Easy Mocha Protein Shake

Ingredients:

1 cup milk or milk substitute (I like Silk Almond Coconut milk)

1 frozen banana

1 Scoop of protein powder ( I like Juice Plus Dutch Chocolate)

4-5 ounces of coffee frozen into ice cubes ( I used our Bali Blue Moon)

 

 

Add all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth!  

Enjoy
